Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lingua Franca pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom embroidery and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
